Return Policy

RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept cancellations, returns and exchanges.

Cancellation:
We accept cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made (at least due to different time zones).
In case of cancellation after 24 hours after an order was made, buyers are responsible for all costs of used materials
In case of cancellation after 2-3 days the order was placed, we are holding a charge of 10%
In case of cancellation after 4 days and later the order was placed, we are holding a charge of 15%

Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your item you should contact us within 14 days after the delivery and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. Please note that the buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchange:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customersaless@gmail.com.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
custom or personalized orders;
items on sale.
