Thank you for visiting Funnora and making your purchase.

Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Shipment processing time

All painting orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders other than paintings are processed within 2-7 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please allow additional shipping days for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Funnora's paintings offer free worldwide shipping. Funnora charges for shipping on items other than paintings.
Shipping charges may apply for custom orders and will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order details. Delivery delays sometimes occur.

Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing your order as we cannot reschedule packages.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be valid within 24 hours.

Duties and Taxes

Funnora is not responsible for any duties and taxes that apply to your order. All charges (duties, taxes, duties, etc.) charged during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Funnora is not responsible for any product damaged or lost in transit. If the order you received is damaged, please take a few pictures of the damaged area and contact us to file a claim. If you receive a damaged painting, please save the damaged box so that we can file a claim with the shipping company immediately. They will need to look at boxes and paintings to investigate. All our merchandise is fully insured.

If you receive a damaged product, we are ready to replace or refund for free. But only after we received the original item.

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at customersaless@gmail.com.

Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept the following returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective:

custom or personalised orders;
items for sale.
Cancellations and returns

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your artwork was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order (at the latest, as time zones may vary).

If cancelled after 24 hours of placing an order, the buyer will be responsible for all costs of using the material
If cancelled after 2-3 days, we will charge 10%
If the order is cancelled after 4 days, we will charge a 15% fee.
In order to return your item, you should contact us within 14 days of delivery and have your order shipped within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that Trending Gallery Art does not include return shipping. We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
